How to Begin
Since the hypnosis process is new to most people, it might help you to understand what happens during a session.
The first step is for you to chat with Linda. You can ask her questions, discuss any concerns and share with her what you want to change. It’s free and there is no obligation.
Most issues require 3-6 sessions and the sessions are between 60 – 90 minutes long. The first session will lay the foundation for the rest of the sessions. Linda will explain the different aspects of hypnotherapy and answer any additional questions you may have. During this session you share your goals and the history surrounding them. The two of you collaborate together and create powerful suggestions and imagery for achieving your goals. The other sessions are customized for you, and include hypnotic techniques to get rid of the blocks in your life that stop you from reaching your potential.
For example, if your goal was weight loss, a hypnotherapy program might look like this:
Set your weight loss goals
Create suggestion therapy around your goals.
Focus on motivational issues, replacing the negative ones with positive intentions.
Create a new picture of yourself
Release blocks that stop you from losing weight
Continue releasing any blocks if necessary
Weight management programming and customized suggestions
Replace negative emotional eating triggers with positive ones
Reinforce programming and suggestions
